Shipping methods are:
USA: US Postal Service Media Mail.
Outside USA: Small packet airmail.
Raga Records cannot take your card number and process it directly. A financial services provider, Paypal, takes your order on their server.
Paypal will email Raga Records with details of your order. It will be mailed to you direct from Raga Records.
Once your order is placed, it will be mailed to you usually on the same business day (or the next depending on time order is received).
In filling out your credit card info, be sure that:
* Name exactly matches that on the card.
* Address matches billing address. (If you wish package shipped to a different address, enter your billing address at the Paypal shopping cart and then advise Raga Records (NOT Paypal) by email (raga@raga.com) where you wish CDs to be shipped, after you have successfully placed your order.)
* Phone number matches that in credit card records....if your area code has changed be sure to use the one in the card company records.
* You give only one email address.
Please note that if for any reason the Paypal system won't accept your info, Raga Records cannot do anything about it...we suggest ordering by mail if in North America. If it is easy and cheap to buy a US dollar money order in other countries order by mail; otherwise we suggest ordering from one of our distributors with a credit card.
